The Plas – 2 Bedroom Apartments & 3 Bed Cottages
Following further wet and windy days on the spectacular coastline, the roof slating is now complete on plots 13-20 on the upper level and contemporary wood cladding is almost complete on plots 17-20. Internally, more of the units have been boarded and taped ready for painting, with internal doors are also being installed.
Further progress has also been made on the lower level of the Plas with the timber kit being erected on plot 24, with 21 and 25 due to commence next week. The final concrete pour will go into plot 21 next week, at which point scaffolding will also be erected, ready for the timber kit.
The Cottages – 2 & 5 Bedroom Cottages
Recycled Welsh stone, taken from the Plas site, is now being installed to the gable end of plot 1 (5 bedroom cottage), following this, the final small section of cladding will be completed. Landscaping works have also commenced on plots 5 and 6 with pathways being formed and grassed areas being created. The final look and feel of these beautiful properties is really evident when visiting the site!
Internally, the living area stoves and hearths have now been installed and further work has been completed regarding the kitchen installation. The intricate tiling in each unit is due to commence next week.
